Bhavik Chheda is a practicing Consultant in Labour and Industrial Laws. He has extensive knowledge in this field with more than 14 years of experience. He is an Engineering Graduate from K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering. He holds a degree in Law from the Prestigious Government Law College of Mumbai. He also has a PGDM in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management.

He sits as an external member of the POSH committees for various Companies.

He is a keen academician and takes Lectures on Labour and Industrial Laws at The GuruNanak Institute Management Studies Mumbai. He is a Managing Committee Member of the EPILPA which is an association of the Labour and Industrial Laws Consultants across India.
