Dr. PARINAZ BHARUCHA
Position:
Dr. Parinaz Bharucha is highly qualified in her respective field. She has completed her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) & MHRD from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU), Surat.
At present she is Assistant Professor in Human Resource S.R. Luthra Institute of Management, Surat.
Dr. Parinaz’s area of specialization is so vast such as, Managerial Communication, Human Resource, Management, Strategic Management, Change Management & Organizational Development, Subjects taken are Organizational Behaviour, Business Ethics & Corporate Governance, Human Resource Development and Management of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.
She is Member of Placement Committee & various other committees at the institute level.
Assisted several students for Summer Internship Project, Comprehensive Project, Global
Country Report and Multidisciplinary Action Project.
