H.L. Kumar & Associates, a firm of advocates and consultants have been functioning all over India for over five decades with offices in New Delhi, Chambers in District Court, High Court and Supreme Court, mainly specializing in Labour & employment related laws and industrial relations.

The founder Mr. H.L. Kumar, Advocate, Supreme Court of India has conducted landmark cases in various Courts and is permanently retained by national and multinational companies some of them are mentioned in Annexure A. The court cases for clients as conducted by the advocates all over India

Based in Delhi, we have reciprocal arrangement with well known advocates all over India who are practicing in labour related laws to take care about the problems of the clients who have branches/offices at different locations. Mr. H.L. Kumar is also a member of Labour/HRD Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Associated Chamber of Commerce and New Delhi Employers’ Association etc. He is on the faculty of All India Management Association, Delhi Management Association, National Institute of Public Administration and Indian Law Institute etc. for addressing Seminars on Contract Labour (R&A) Act and Labour Laws which are organized all over India. The senior and junior level officers of the clients are imparted inhouse training to manage people effectively and make compliance of various labour laws.

Mr. Kumar is also chief editor of Labour Law Reporter for the last 44 years, which is authoritatively quoted by the Supreme Court and the High Courts since the judgments of Supreme Court and High Courts are promptly reported. He has also written over 30 books on labour and industrial laws which are text books in law colleges. The Supreme Court Bar Association has successively honoured Mr. Kumar as an author by awards given by Justices and Hon’ble Minister of Law & Justice. Under the leadership of Advocate Gaurav Kumar LL.M. and MBA our team members ensuring compliances of labour laws is well versed in their specialised fields and remain updated with latest amendments, official instructions and notifications etc. from the Labour Ministry, ESI, Provident Funds etc. Besides that we also apprise our clients about important compliances in the beginning of every month since the object is that timely compliances be made to avoid damages, fines penalties and prosecutions.
