Mr. Nilesh Kantilal Dharod, a Mumbai based Labour Law Practitioner and Consultant.
He started his career in this field at the age of 18 years and then he completed his study side by side. He has done Diploma in Labour Laws from Dr. Babasaheb Amedkar College, Wadala, Mumbai.
This year in 2020, he is celebrating his 25th year of journey as a Labour Law Consultants and Practitioner.
Recent past, he is more into litigation side and presently representing on behalf of the Establishments in the matter of PF and ESI before the authorities. He has significant and very successful experience in the field of litigation associated with the scrutiny and appeals process.
Nilesh’s strengths lie in his creative approach and negotiating skills required for a stark Professional and maintaining cordial relations with the clients as well as at departmental officials.
He handles the matter related to Inquiry U/s 7A, 7B, 14B before the PF Authorities at Mumbai and also rest part of India. Similarly, he is appearing before the ESI Authorities U/s 45A and 45AA. He is also providing guidance to the Establishments in the process of Inspection under EPF and ESI Act.
Apart from PF and ESI, he is having good knowledge related to other Labour Laws like Bonus Act, Gratuity Act and Salary Structuring etc.
Under his guidance many persons has Establish themselves and started their own practice in the field. Besides, he often called as a Guest for delivering the lecture on PF and ESI by Employer Association.
He brings on table a vast experience in Departmental Inspection, Departmental Proceedings, Policy Implementing, and Compliance under various labour statutes.
