Master in setting up of HR Department, Personnel department, practices, procedures, designing various formats, policies and systems, drafting of different communications to employees and to Govt. Authorities assistance in negotiations with Union, Workers & Work’s Committee.
Pay roll processing, Salary and Wage administration. Audit of Compliances of Vendors under all applicable Labour Laws. Compliance under all applicable Labour Laws which coveres preparation and submission of Monthly, quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual Return as well as Maintenance of Records & Registers under all applicable Labour Laws on Monthly basis.
