Mr. S.K. Sharma is specialized in industrial relations and labour laws for more than three decades. He is associated with national and multi-national companies for maintaining industrial peace and harmony.
He is also serving as National General Secretary of Association of Industries (Regd) under the Societies Registration Act.
Mr. Sharma is having close association with Labour Laws Institute, a Charitable Trust, which organizes program on Labour related laws like Maternity Benefit Act, Employees Provident Fund & MP Act, ESI Act, Apprentices Act,Anti-Sexual Harassment at Workplace and have been frequently addressing large number of participants who come from all corners of the country.
The Employees Provident Fund & MP Act has always remain as the favourite subject suggesting changes to the Employees Fund Organization from time to time besides enlightening the members about their rights and privileges available under this Act.

His activities and contributions are not restricted to industries but social work also since committed to work with downtrodden and deserving people of the society by helping the aspirant students to continue their studies by extending financial support, counselling and other logistics i.e. organizing tracking and expedition camp with the NCC unit of Delhi University since 2003.
