M.A. Bhootaka is a M.I.E. from the Institute of Engineers (India). He has 30 years of exclusive rich experience in HSE Management since 1979.
He has worked for Asst. Lecturer in Government Engineering College, L.E. College, Morbi. He has worked for Asst. Engineer Class II for Mechanical Sub Division, Govt. of Gujarat.
He has work for 30 + years into the department of Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health, Govt. of Gujarat. He has been retired as a Jt. Director, Industrial Safety and Health, Class I, Govt. of Gujarat. He has vast administrative experience.
He has inquired so many different types of industrial accidents and contributed to prevent the accidents. His contribution in the field of Safety, Health and Welfare is remarkable.
In his period he had prepared so many Off-site Emergency Plans and successfully rehearsed all the Off-site Emergency Plans in consultation with district authorities. He has arranged so many seminars, workshops, training programmes, first aid programmes, awareness programmes and awareness rallies for the prevention of safety, health, environment.
