Mr. VIVEK MANGAONKAR
Position:
Vivek N. Mangaonkar is B.Sc graduate with having 40 vast years of post qualification experience in the field of Social Security Legislation.
He is a seasoned professional providing consultancy and business process outsourcing business in the said field.
Mr. Vivek Mangaonkar is having wide of his clientele more than 400+ clients and some of his clients are Deutsche Bank & its Group of companies, JP Morgan, Reliance Group, Citibank & its group Companies, Colgate, Cadbury, Aditya Birla companies, ICICI Group companies, Sandoz, Cipla among many others.
He is a faculty member of Confederation of India Industries (CII) – Western Region, Western India Regional Council of Chartered Accountants, Bombay Industries Association, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has provided his expertise as a ‘Panel Member’ for Social Security Legislation Committee constituted by CII for amendments to Social Security Laws in India.
Mr. Vivek is also General Secretary of ESI, PF & other Industrial Law Practitioners Association (EPILPA).
He regularly delivers lectures under various labour law enactments with Borivali (Central) CPE Study Circle of WIRC of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He recently shared his expert knowledge with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, SATVAM Consulting Private Limited and was awarded for the same.
He is the President of Vidya Vardhini School (Vernacular Medium) which is managed by Vidya Vardhini Sanstha situated at Goregaon (West), Mumbai. It caters education to downtrodden Society and now it is going to start skill development in this Institution.
He has formed a Trust in the name of his father viz. Shree Namdeo Motiram Mangaonkar Charitable Trust which provides Medical relief to the poor and Education relief to poor, needy and deserving students.
